SLV Yoga House is a tranquil, welcoming space where people come together to rejuvenate and practice the art of yoga. Samantha is a great teacher and enjoys helping her client’s master poses they are comfortable with whilst challenging them with new ones. When you are in her classes you are amongst “friends” and everyone encourages each other during their practice. Samantha will make sure you get a good work out and reward you with a relaxing meditation at the end of your session. SLV Yoga House is definitely worth a visit.

SLV is an excellent yoga studio. Class sizes are small which allows for more one on one interaction. Sam is knowledgeable, professional and really takes the time to make sure the students have the best yoga experience possible. Thanks to Sam’s guidance I have developed a life long passion for yoga. Botho. Yes, botho (which means to be a good human) that is how I feel when I lay my mat in the SLV studio, every time I might add. A constant reminder that I am a good human. Energy is everything and this is probably why I keep going back. Its consistent positive and outstanding Energy that I experience every single time. Sam’s space is a happy space. Full stop. It’s freedom. It’s joy. It’s peace.

I joined SLV yoga in March 2020. Immediately, I felt at home. As somebody who’s into CrossFit, I did not feel the need of incorporating yoga into my workout routine. In appearance and outside perspective, CrossFit Workouts are intense and brash where else Yoga is purposeful and mediative. In my mind I was only going to be there once or a few days every week for stretching and meditating. Boy, was I wrong My body disagreed with me and demanded much , the balance and coordination from yoga were what CrossFit workouts needed from handstand push-ups, walking lunges with overhead weights etc. My breathing technique totally changed for the better. My mobility and flexibility really improved as CrossFit is all about legs, shoulders, wrists and other limbs motion. SLV yoga studio is simply the best. The classes are truly for all levels. Once I met Samantha, having fallen in love how welcoming and accommodating her classes are, I then changed my membership immediately to limitless subscription. She lets you know how to go into a pose and if you have injuries/weaknesses which is really helpful as to get the best out of the pose while preventing injuries. I’ve recommended SLV yoga to a few friends who always commented on how welcoming and accommodating Samantha’s classes are. If she hears that you have a stiff neck, fatigue etc they’ll be yoga tailored for you in that class. Highly recommended.. plus she always manages to make it fun and has a great playlist as well!
